50 Ways to Help People Like Your School - or Business Rebecca Starling, Partners in Education Coordinator with Jackson Public Schools and a MAPE board member, works to partner local business and community organizations with the district’s 59 schools. She recently issued some advice to principals about ways to make partners feel comfortable with their schools. "I thought that her advice to the principals was right on point, and it's good advice for any business owner or CEO who wants to improve customer service," said Phil Hardwick, president of MAPE. MAPE has served as a statewide network of educators and community partners since 1984. MAPE was designated as a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization in 1994.
